Front Wing (the “App”) is developed by Ricardo Rocha. This policy explains how the iPhone app handles information. The short version: your game stays on your phone.
01Information stored on your iPhone
Front Wing stores your save game on your device: your team, drivers, car development, race results, season progress, finances and settings. This data is used only to run the game. There is no account and your save is not sent to Front Wing servers.
02No tracking or advertising
The App contains no advertising SDK, does not use the advertising identifier and does not track you across other apps or websites. We do not sell personal information.
03Analytics
The App does not send usage analytics to Front Wing. If optional analytics is ever introduced, it will require your prior consent and this policy will be updated first.
04Purchases and Apple services
If the App offers purchases, they are processed by Apple through the App Store under Apple’s Privacy Policy. Front Wing never receives your payment details. The App may contact Apple services to restore purchases.
05iCloud and backups
If your device backs up app data to iCloud, that backup is handled by Apple under its own terms. Front Wing has no access to it.
06Retention and deletion
Your save stays on your iPhone until you delete it. Deleting the App removes its local data, subject to iOS backups and App Store purchase records controlled by Apple.
07Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
08Your rights and contact
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data. Because the App keeps your data on your device and has no account, deleting the App or its data is the main way to exercise them. For privacy questions, email hello@frontwing.app.
09Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
