01The App

Front Wing is a strategy-first motorsport management game for iPhone. You manage a fictional racing team: drivers, car development, race weekends, the championship and the team’s finances.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Front Wing. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

03Purchases

Any purchases are made through the Apple App Store and governed by Apple’s terms.

• Subscriptions, if offered, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its standard refund policy.

04Fictional content

All teams, drivers, sponsors and circuits in Front Wing are fictional. Any resemblance to real people, teams or brands is coincidental. Front Wing is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Formula 1, the FIA or any racing team.

05Acceptable use

You agree to use Front Wing only for its intended purpose. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the App.
• Reproduce or distribute App content without permission.
• Use the App in any way that could harm others or break applicable law.

06Game data

Your save game is stored on your device. We are not responsible for progress lost through deleting the App, device failure or restoring a backup.

07Intellectual property

All content in Front Wing — including the game design, text, graphics, the Front Wing name and logo, and sound — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. These terms grant you only the rights needed to use the App.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Front Wing is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
